MJ FENCING KILSYTH

Good fences make good neighbours."
Robert Frost’s words still ring true and with the rising cost of fencing materials, the last thing you want is to hire the wrong contractor and have to repeat the process in just a few years.

Unfortunately, many large companies rely on subcontractors paid on day rates, which often means rushed jobs.

This can lead to:

•  Quick-set concrete being used (reducing strength and longevity)
•  Posts left in wet cement without proper curing time
•  Posts not set deep enough into the ground
•  Materials being stretched just to get the job done

Worse still, many companies quote without properly inspecting the job first leaving customers with surprise additional charges at the end. That’s simply not fair.

Here’s how MJ Fencing does things differently:

• Owner-built quality: Your fence is built by us, the owners because we care about delivering a result worth recommending.
•  Thorough inspections: We personally inspect every job before quoting so there are no  surprises later.
• Full transparency: You’ll know exactly what materials are being used and why.
• Better foundations: We upgrade all posts and set them as deep as your soil allows for maximum strength and durability.
• Clear cost breakdowns: For boundary fences, we provide a clear split of costs for each neighbour to remove any awkwardness when sharing quotes.

With MJ Fencing, you get a fence built to last and peace of mind that the job was done right the first time.
